WHEN U FEEL WORTHLESS

People come across this question infinite times. So, how one can manage to overcome such situations? In this article I will list some solutions which will help you to survive such situations.
        So, how does it feel to be worthless. If you feel so, then there’s no need to worry, it’s a quite common feeling. So the point is why do u feel so. There are many reasons for this. You might have had a heart break or you might have failed in exam etc. and the list goes on and on.
       The common one is a heartbreak. OK, so the reason for an heartbreak can be any one. It might be your husband, wife, girlfriend, boyfriend or even some other close ones.
         See, things every time cannot be in your favour.  You have to learn to accept this. If people don’t want to understand you then it is there problem and not yours. See life is like an ECG, there has to be up’s and down’s in it because even a straight line in ECG means you are dead.
Whatever happens in life, good or bad you have to learn to overcome it. You have to learn to live, whatever the circumstances might be.
        When you are not able to achieve what you have dreamed of you become restless. Person can easily be caught by depression. Keep in mind life is very small. You should try to enjoy each and every second of it because, if you are sad for a minute you lose 60 seconds of happiness. You should try hard for your dream but still if you fail to accomplish you should not feel bad because you know you tried hard. God must have planned something more big for you!!
          According to hindu religion we get a chance to acquire human body after we have spent our 84 lakh lives (Yonis), each in different living things. And according to it human life is the most beautiful and precious gift that your soul can get.
         See first of all no one is worthless may it be a king or a beggar. Life can take a U turn anytime. I think you might be knowing Rano Mandal.
 A recent youtube sensation. What did she had? She had no reason to live. Sleeping on railway stations or footpaths. Getting up in the morning. Whole day singing songs in the railways to collect money so that she could get some money out of it. She had no one who would have cried for her after her death. But still she was struggling for the life. What was her life worth of? And now, the scenario is completely different. Now she not only have fame and wealth but also she has gained her daughter back. So what we get to learn from her is we never have to give up. You might become a billionaire, or a film star tomorrow, you never know.  You can never call yourself unlucky. We never know what god might have planed for us. He can make you a king from a beggar and vice versa. What you have to do is never stop believing in yourself nor in god.   So I will note some remedies which will help one to overcome the feeling of worthlessness.
“BELIEF” it just seems to be a mere word. But it is so powerful that it can do miracles. You want to know how, then here it is. An experiment was performed by some scientists on patients. They were given medicine on daily basis by the doctors. OK wait, wait that was not true medicine, it was just some water with some other stuff in it so that it will look like a medicine. Half of the patients were given this so called medicine and half were given real medicine. And to there amazement, from the people who were given fake medicines, about 80% people got recovered. In terms of medical science it is called Placebo effect. And in simple words it is called the power of belief. If you start believing in yourself then definitely you can recover.
If you really want to feel good about yourself than just stay away from social media. You see that people post really perfect pictures of themselves. They try to portray there life not less than filmstars. But this is not the reality. The smile that one gives during a shoot is fake. Just think will anyone ever post photos when one is ill or when one is in some kind of problematic situation. No, they will not, even you will not do so. Each and every human being on this planet has got some or the other kind of problems. Just Keep in mind “All that glitters is not gold” and so is with what people try to show on social media. So don’t think that you are the only one suffering from bad time. Try as hard as you can to stay away from social media.
When you think you are a loser just remember that the sperm which carried your genetic material has won the race to fertilize the ovum living behind millions in the womb. So you are a by born winner.
And don’t forget that every time you exhale, you provide CO2 to plants.
To divert your mind from thinking negative thoughts is go for an outing with people you love or even alone will be pretty cool. Spend time with our mother nature. Even if whole of the human beings refuse you Mother Nature is always there for you.
Gardening is also a good option. Raising life with your hand will make you feel better. The joy you will feel when a seed sown by you turns into a beautiful plant  is amazing.

One of the scientifically proven way of relaxing your mind is performing yoga. Yoga not only helps us to deal with stress, depression and anxiety but it helps us to increase interest in life. If you want to know how, then the only way is to try it yourself.   Yoga comprises of asanas, pranayams, relaxation and breathing exercises.  You can do it at home, no need to join any kind of a class as there are many tutorial videos on youtube which are more better than any physical class. Everyday for one hour at least you should perform yoga. Half hour each must be given to meditation and yoga exercises. Six Suryanamaskar everyday can do wonders.
       Lastly, don’t forget that, A fish cannot be judged by its ability to climb a tree. So believe in yourself and find your abilities. And keep in mind, No one is perfect.
So just love yourself and be yourself.
